Join us online as we celebrate 30 years of God’s faithfulness and the journey of the Tabernacle of David Cairns and the Centre for International Reconciliation & Peace.
For three decades, this ministry has been involved in reconciliation, worship, prayer, teaching, hosting conferences in Parliament House Canberra and overseas and building relationships locally, nationally and internationally. We are grateful for the many people and ministries God has brought across our path and for the opportunities we have had to serve and build bridges of friendship and reconciliation around the world.
🎥 Launch of our 30-Year Documentary
The evening will include the launch of a video documentary telling the story of our 30 years — remembering the people, places, ministries and significant moments that have shaped our journey. We thank David Jack the videographer.
We will also hear presentations and messages from ministries around the world with whom we have worked over the years, sharing memories, encouragement and reflections on the journey.
Our Anniversary Scriptures
Two Scriptures have been especially significant to us as we look back over these 30 years:
“Ask of Me, and I will give you the nations for your inheritance.” — Psalm 2:8
“You also, as living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house…” — 1 Peter 2:5 (We have built people and the kingdom rather than a local church though we do have a local church in Cairns)
Together, these Scriptures reflect two important aspects of our journey: a heart for the nations and the building of people and relationships as living stones in God’s temple
