CULTURE WARS AND THE CHURCH

The Lord has put it on our hearts to organise a conference titled Culture Wars and the Church. We’ve had a break from organising conferences after organising over 20 of them in the 26 years since we pioneered our church. However, the Lord has given us much revelation about this and called us to step back up and do it. We will be having a collaborative approach as there are other wonderful ministries in this space so please let us know if you want to be involved.

ANTI-JESUS OFFENSIVE JOKE ON CH 10’s THE PROJECT

Norman rang Ch 10 and put in a complaint about an offensive joke about Jesus made recently on Ch 10. Some Christians are asking for the program “The Project” to be axed. We won’t repeat the joke. Though the hosts of The Project, who laughed at it and let it go at the time, have since apologised, it is still available to be viewed online. The Sydney Morning Herald reported on 3.3.23,

“The Catholic Archbishop of Sydney has invited the boss of Channel Ten and panellists from its flagship current affairs program The Project to attend church at St Mary’s Cathedral, criticising the program’s lengthy apology for a joke about Jesus as disingenuous and forced.

The Project’s co-hosts Waleed Aly and Sarah Harris apologised on Wednesday after the program faced backlash for a joke made on-air by comedian Reuben Kaye on Tuesday night.”

INDIGENOUS FRIENDS OF ISRAEL ON THE ADELAIDE WRITERS FESTIVAL

PRESS RELEASE 23.2.23

Indigenous Friends of Israel (IFI) co-founders Norman and Barbara Miller said, “Adelaide Writers Festival organisers seem to think free speech reads hate speech or racist speech which is not so. In a one-sided propaganda event, the most vitriolic pro-Palestinian writers will have a platform with no opportunity for the other side to be heard. At best, this is a misuse of taxpayers’ money. At worst, it is an intellectual travesty.”

“As Indigenous Friends of Israel, we condemn the inaccurate propaganda coming from some invited speakers that Israel is a racist, apartheid colonizer state. Jews have been in the land we now call Israel since the time of Abraham, 4,000 years ago. Jerusalem was made the capital of the Jewish state 3,000 years ago by King David. Jews were conquered and removed at various times through history but a remnant has always been in Israel, renamed Palestine by the conquering Romans. Arabs conquered and colonialized Jerusalem in the relatively recent time of 636-637 AD. They came from Saudi Arabia. They are not Indigenous,” said IFI.

“When the modern state of Israel was declared in 1948, Arab nations went to war against Israel. There were a similar number of Jews as refugees from Arab nations from which they were expelled as Arab refugees from Israel who fled the war or were displaced. Jewish refugees were absorbed by Israel but the Arab nations refused to absorb Palestinian Arab refugees so they could weaponize them against Israel.

“Israeli Arabs are not treated in a racist apartheid manner as they are in the Knesset (Parliament), judiciary, police service, academia, business, and various professions. Israel is one of the most multicultural nations in the world.

“The Premier of Adelaide, Paul Malinauskas, has declared he will not attend but will not withdraw funding. The Australian newspaper reported recently the concern of Ukrainian and Jewish leaders as one speaker, Palestinian-American writer Susan Abulhawa, is a pro-Putin apologist. She said Putin is trying to “DeNazify Ukraine” and that Ukrainian President Zelensky is a ‘depraved Zionist trying to ignite World War 111’.”

“The war in Ukraine has been clearly caused by Russian aggression with Putin trying to restore the glory and territory of the former Soviet Union. The Ukrainians are valiantly defending themselves with war crimes being committed by Russia. One example is the thousands of Ukrainian children captured and taken to re-education camps in Russia. This fits the UN definition of genocide.

“Another speaker at the festival, poet Mohammed El-Kurd, has made defamatory, racist, and vile comments about Israel and Jewish people, including blood libel, that are antisemitic such as Israelis eating the organs of Palestinians or lusting after Palestinian blood. It is a wonder he and Abulhawa have been allowed into Australia considering recent discussion re Kanye (Ye) West’s visit,” said IFI, “especially when Abulhawa supports terrorism and wiping Israel off the map.”

“Festival organizer Louise Adler is staring down criticism saying she wants debate but how can there be debate when a platform is provided for only one side of a debate? There are seven Palestinian speakers and none from Israel. On top of that, with speakers like Abulhawa and El-Kurd equating Israel with Nazis, it trivializes the Holocaust and is offensive to Jewish people,” said the Millers for IFI.

“By comparison, the Sydney Festival included a dance performance created by an Israeli and sponsored by the Israeli embassy which had nothing to do with politics. However, performers were harassed and bullied by the pro-Palestinian lobby into pulling out and many did. This is not the tolerant and inclusive society Australians think we have.” IFI said.

“Australia has adopted the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) working definition of antisemitism and comments by some of the Palestinian speakers at the Adelaide Festival contravene this,” said Barbara Miller who has just written a Handbook on the Holocaust and the Australian Aboriginal Response for educators, high school students and adult education. It was published by the WE ARE HERE! Foundation.

PURIM, DECREES AND QUEEN ESTHER

As we are approaching Purim or the Feast of Esther, rather than including one of my many messages on this, I am giving you an extract from chapter 2 of a recent book of mine called Decrees and Dangerous Prayers: 7 Steps We Can Use to Change Our Nation or Community. 

“We see in the story of Esther in the Bible that the Jewish people were faced with a situation of possible genocide of world Jewry. The situation could not have been more serious. The Jews had been taken into captivity in Babylon which was ruling the world at the time. When King Artaxerxes wanted a new queen, Esther was selected and she had hidden her Jewish identity on her uncle Mordecai’s instructions.

Haman was an Agagite, a people who were enemies of the Jews and descended from their traditional enemies the Amalekites. He was offended because Mordecai would not bow to him. So, he tricked the King into signing a decree that the Jews in the known world would be wiped out on a certain day and their possessions kept by their murderers. This was on Haman’s accusation that they would not bow before the King and were disloyal subjects.

Mordecai pleaded with Queen Esther to do something about it. By law, she could only approach the King if he summoned her and if she approached him without being summoned, she could be killed. But Mordecai challenged her that if she didn’t, deliverance would come from elsewhere and she and her family would lose their lives. He said who knows but maybe you came into royal position for this very purpose. Maybe this is how you will fulfill your destiny. He said, in Esther 4:14,
“For if you remain silent now, then relief and deliverance will come to the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Who knows if you haven’t come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”

Maybe it’s time for you to fulfill your destiny or calling in God by intervening in a national or even international situation. So, Esther, a young girl, took the advice of the authority figure in her life, her uncle who had brought her up, and decided to take up the challenge at the threat of losing her life. She called a 3-day fast, presumably with prayer, of her servants and the Jewish people and then approached the King. He may have been her husband, but she was breaking the law of the land. However, she found favour with the king and he pointed his sceptre at her and asked her what she wanted and said she could have up to half his kingdom. She must have been very relieved.

She was not after possessions but the lives of her people and when she revealed the plot of Haman, the King was angry at Haman and organised for him to be hanged on the gallows he had prepared to hang Mordecai on. But the law of the kingdom was that once a decree had been made, it could not be reversed. So, the horrible reality set in. The day of slaughter would go ahead as already decreed.

But, and this is a big but, the king devised a plan. He said to Esther and Mordecai that they should write another decree in the king’s name, and seal it with his signet ring, that would reverse the effect of the first decree. This was a game-changer. So, they wrote a decree that the Jewish people could rise up against those who sought to kill them on that day. This meant that the Jewish people were able to get rid of a lot of their enemies. So, in the end, their situation was improved. When people saw the favour the Jews now had with the king, fear fell upon them and some even converted to become Jews.

I have often taught about this story because I think it has a big lesson for us today. Look at the scripture closely, Esther 8:8,
“Now write another decree in the king’s name on behalf of the Jews as seems best to you, and seal it with the king’s signet ring—for no document written in the king’s name and sealed with his ring can be revoked.”

What is this saying to us? If we feel an evil decree has been made against us or our people or our nation, we can ask our King Jesus if we can write another decree that will reverse the effect of that evil decree and write it in His name and seal it with His signet ring. I believe that if we have a witness from the Holy Spirit about the decree, then that means we can seal it with the signet ring of King Jesus. How awesome is that? And it is very powerful. And exciting!

If you have situations or believe your community or nation has situations that need reversing, take heed as this is how to do it.”

(I give practical examples from our ministry and interesting examples of the decrees or edicts by Cyrus and Darius which enabled the Jews to return from their captivity in Babylon and rebuild the city and temple of Jerusalem. I also discuss evil decrees like those of Hitler. But the important part is the step by step process you can use to write decrees as the Lord leads you to turn your situation around. Prayer Points for Alice Springs and All Communities Affected by Similar Issues 2.2.23

As we have been requested by a number of people to develop prayer points for the crisis in Alice Springs which is also being experienced in northern Queensland and the north of Western Australia as well as other parts of the Northern Territory, we have provided the following. We have developed these prayer points in our own prayer time and also after many phone conversations with Indigenous and other Christian leaders who live in or have worked in Alice Springs. This list may seem too much but just pick out one or two as the Lord leads you or just pray as led by the Lord. 

Prayer for Practical Issues

  1. Healing for Indigenous and non-indigenous people traumatised by physical violence, break-ins to homes, businesses, and cars.
  2. For improvement in the town camps – that there would be nurturing responsible relationships instead of dysfunctional families, domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, alcohol abuse, violence, and crime. Pray in the opposite and positive.
  3. That children and youth will have food to eat and sleep regular hours in safe homes with parents who know and care where they are.
  4. For the cycle of intergenerational poverty to be broken, that families can find meaningful ways to spend their time either with paid or unpaid work and/or recreational pursuits. For employment opportunities to be increased and people mentored in income generation activities.
  5. For recreational activities for children and youth in town camps and Alice so they don’t get bored and destructive.
  6. That children and youth will have a purpose for their lives, and dreams of a future for themselves, and the motivation and self-confidence to achieve them.
  7. That parents and other elders will earn and receive respect from the younger generation.
  8. That the children and youth would re-engage with their schooling and get help to catch up what they have missed out on and that adult education services would be more accessible.
  9. For the government to provide more housing and infrastructure, especially in the town camps.
  10. For local decision-makers including Aboriginal organisations (Tangentyere Council, Central Australian Aboriginal Congress, and others), Alice Springs Council, government departments, community organisations etc. to make wise decisions and come up with workable strategies. For all consultations to include Indigenous people, organisations, and communities and to be empowering for them.
  11. For Teen Challenge to be set up again and for the government-funded drop-in centre to operate again with a night patrol of Aboriginal elders.
  12. For finances (already allocated and new) to assist Alice Springs and region to be used strategically to bring a breakthrough in this situation.

Prayer for Spiritual Issues

  1. For the 20m cross that has been erected on Memory Mountain near Haasts Bluff nearby the Aboriginal communities of Ikuntji and Papunya to bring revival. It was a vision of the Aboriginal people of Ikuntji that Ken Duncan helped raise the money for. It will be lit up at a special event on Good Friday 2023. The Lord may even call you to go there However, this is a great opportunity to pray for spiritual renewal and revival.   2. That the local churches in Alice Springs will come together in unity and pray together and that they would be prepared to engage with youth on the streets at night. That Indigenous Christians would be supported to outreach more and pray for Indigenous Ps Sherry Lowah’s congregation as they do outreach.
  3. That children and youth who disrupt church services or steal from them will get saved and repentance and revival will fall on Alice Springs and other affected communities.
  4. Pray against a spirit of fear enveloping Alice Springs and region, affecting Indigenous and non-indigenous people, and for their safety.
  5. Pray against a spirit of addiction, boredom, and hopelessness.
  6. Pray against a spirit of lawlessness and anarchy.
  7. That the youth, children, and adults will have a sense of right and wrong.
  8. That the media would report accurately on the situation and not inflame the situation by calling concerned citizens “white supremacists” and that the troubles will not increase any racism that already exists from either side.
  9. That God’s peace would reign over the region.
  10. That Indigenous Christians would honour those parts of their culture that line up with God’s word and let go of those aspects of their culture that don’t and have the wisdom and discernment of God to know the difference. That non-indigenous Christians would do the same.
  11. That just as God covered Adam and Eve’s shame with His glory, He would cover the shame of Aboriginal people with His glory. This is because “shame” is a word Aboriginal people often use to express how they feel.
  12. Some Aboriginal people have felt invisible because their plight is not seen and their cries are not heard. We break off the legacy of the doctrine of terra nullius that said that the land we now know as Australia was uninhabited. If what happens in Alice Springs was happening in Sydney, e.g., action would have been taken a long time ago.

Barbara was pleased to speak briefly at the Southern Cross Alliance for Israel (SCAFI) zoom meeting just before the International Holocaust Remembrance Day to launch the Handbook on the Holocaust (below). The main speakers at the SCAFI event were the former Israel ambassador to the US and Eli Rabinowitz from the WAH! Foundation.

UN International Holocaust Remembrance Day 

The WE ARE HERE! Foundation is proud to announce three new education initiatives in response to the UN International Holocaust Remembrance Day’s pledge to broaden educational programs.  These three active education programs promote human rights and social justice through the principle of being an Upstander. These are:

1. IN MY POCKET Project on the Kindertransport and displaced people, suitable for 9 to 12 year olds, in collaboration with educators in Germany and Scotland.
The project has been further developed for this age group for WA Museum Boola Bardip and other organisations in Australia. These consist of Book Readings with Art & Craft Workshops.

2. Holocaust Teachers’ Resources and Year 10 Holocaust History Curriculum Resources by Dr Bill Allen, retired Senior Lecturer in Education
Dr Bill Allen’s new and comprehensive resources are for Year 10 teachers to use to teach the Holocaust component of the in-depth study of World War 2.

3. Handbook – The Holocaust and The Australian and Australian Aboriginal Responses by Barbara Miller
This handbook is a resource for educators and teachers and for upper secondary students and adult education programs in Australia and internationally. The handbook focuses on Australia’s response to the events leading up to and during the Holocaust, and in particular the specific responses of Aboriginal political and social activist William Cooper and fellow members of the AAL. This online handbook is free.

WAH! Foundation chose Aboriginal William Cooper as their ambassador, a fine example of the compassion of an Upstander. He was a prominent activist who set out against the odds to protest the plight of the Jews in Nazi Germany, culminating in the tragedy of Kristalnacht in 1938.

Success is not always achieved overnight. William Cooper marched to the Melbourne German Consulate on 6 December 1938 to present his petition in support of Germany’s Jews. His petition was not accepted. This deed was only fully recognised by the German government in 2017.

“Some say that William Cooper only performed one act of solidarity in protesting  to the Germans’ cruel treatment of the Jews. However, I sense that he has become more than a Christian Aboriginal upstander. He has become a symbol of the bond between Jews and Aborigines which was formed through his protest and which has deepened with the commemoration of his actions.” Barbara Miller, biographer.

Time for Greater Intimacy with God

I had 3 visions which I cover near the end of the video. There are 3 choices.

  1. The first vision was of rebellious people swallowed up in the belly of the whale like Jonah who tried to put a big distance between him and God. They are in the whale of the world system. They are refusing God’s call and are slowly being consumed; slowly dying. Pray they repent before it’s too late.
  2. Others are adrift on the ocean of life, just keeping afloat, bobbing up and down in rough seas hoping someone will save them.
  3. Others are safe on the ship of life, heading in the direction God intended for them. They need to stay there, keep intimate with God and throw a lifejacket to those in the sea to help save them.

PRAYER FOR VICTORIAN AND US ELECTIONS
ON CANBERRA DECLARATION PRAYER 5/11/22

I had the privilege of serving the Lord by being asked by Ps Warwick Marsh to participate in their 25.5 hour zoom prayer for the above elections after a 30-day prayer lead-up.

Message
I sense we are standing at the crossroads. Elections are not just political events. They are spiritual events and we are struggling for the soul of our nation. Nations are judged as sheep and goat nations it tells us in Mat 25: 31-46. And it is on the basis of 2 things – (1) righteousness and justice and (2) how we treat Israel and the Jews. So, we need to pray that our nations of Australia, the US and the state of Victoria will choose the right path, and choose righteous and godly leaders.

Jer 6:16
Thus says the Lord: “Stand by the roads, and look, and ask for the ancient paths, where the good way is; and walk in it, and find rest for your souls. But they said, ‘We will not walk in it.’

We come against that disobedience and resistance in Jesus’ name and command it to be removed and for people to follow God’s way not the enemy’s way or get distracted.

The enemy of our souls and the soul of our nations, has blinded many, not just to steal from us our personal salvation but our nations and Victoria’s salvation. So, we pray for spiritual eyes to be opened.

2 Cor 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

We pray for deceptions to be exposed and people to awaken to the ungodliness of the woke agenda. But we are not to be discouraged as Jesus has won the battle and we need to declare it.

Col 2:14-15 having cancelled the debt ascribed to us in the decrees that stood against us. He took it away, nailing it to the cross! And having disarmed the powers and authorities, He made a public spectacle of them triumphing over them by the cross.  

We need to pray that many including voters are conformed to Christ, not the world’s ways and are influence by a fear of God not a fear of man.

Ro 12:1-2 Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. 2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

We pray God’s will be done in the Victorian and US elections and that our minds are renewed.

I sensed a mind control or octopus spirit over Victoria and we need to pray against it and cut its tentacles. Also, a controlling, Jezebel witchcraft spirit is operating and we need to call forth prophets with an Elijah anointing to rise up against that spirit and its false prophets as Elijah did on Mt Carmel.

Prayer
The Lord showed me to pray for the soul of the nation as nations are judged not just individuals. Mat 25:31-46 so I pray for Australia & the US & specifically for Victoria that we would be a nation and state of righteousness and justice and stand with Israel and the Jews. So, Lord we pray salvation of the soul of our nation. We pray you will purify us from our sin and turn us to you wholeheartedly.

As we face these elections, we pray that all those voting will choose righteous leaders like David and not choose Sauls. As we are at the crossroads, help us to choose the ancient and godly path. Lord let us awaken to the things of you not what the world calls WOKE and may we conform to your ways not our ways.

I take authority over a spirit of intimidation and a Goliath spirit that has been making the church retreat from having its voice heard in the public square when we need to be a prophetic voice declaring Godly values. We dethrone it in Jesus’ name.

We ask that you remove the blindness from our eyes and the eyes of all those who vote so we can see the deception of the enemy and not fall for it and not fall for fake news. Help us to see things as you do and to have an Isachaar anointing to know the times and seasons and what Israel and our nations should do.

We come against the controlling spirit of Jezebel and witchcraft that has stalked our nation and particularly Victoria and we loose its grip in Jesus name. We cut off the tentacles of the spirit of mind control, the octopus spirit, never to grow back, in Jesus name and remove it from the minds of the people. We pray that there would be a fear of God not a fear of man that prevails.

We call forth prophets with an Elijah anointing to rise up against the controlling Jezebel, witchcraft spirit over Victoria and its false prophets as Elijah did on Mt Carmel. Lord raise up prophets with an Elijah anointing we pray.

We declare that Jesus has wiped out all the decrees against us by his death and resurrection and that He has made a spectacle of the enemy and paraded them through hell in a victory march just as victorious kings in ancient times paraded their prisoners through cities they conquered. We declare victory for the Lord in the Victorian and US elections!!!!

We also pray for compassion in our leaders. We pray for unity in the body of Christ or Messiah because we have divisions of left and right-wing in our midst and we know that unity commands a blessing as in Psalm 133. As the ecclesia, when we come into unity, we pray Lord that it will flow into the political sphere where divisions between left- and right-wing cause tensions. We pray a blessing on our nations of Australia and the US and our state of Victoria.

William Cooper, a Christian, started the first national Aboriginal organisation back in the 1930’s and was the father of NAIDOC (National Aborigines and Islanders Week) which he started as Aboriginal Sunday. He led his people on one of the few private protests worldwide against Kristallnacht, the start of the Holocaust. His legacy lives on and this book is highly acclaimed.

There would have been a passionate discussion as William Cooper told the Australian Aborigines’ League that the Nazis had murdered 91 Jews, smashed the windows of numerous synagogues and Jewish businesses, set synagogues ablaze, and arrested thousands of Jews who they sent to concentration camps. There would have been outrage mixed with tears. They would stand up and try to make a difference taking their protest to the German Consulate in Melbourne. 

William met with Jewish organisations, churches and unions at a Council for Civil Liberties meeting beforehand and no doubt they spoke about Jewish refugees fleeing Hitler. I spoke to Eli Rabinowitz of the We Are Here Foundation in Perth today about their Kristallnacht commemoration. He said, “William Cooper is the father of bringing Jews and Christians together in Australia.”

The Lord Appeared in a Vision as the Sukkah Was Touched During Sukkot at the Tabernacle of David Cairns. Ps Norman had shared on Sukkot and encouraged congregants to spend time with the Lord in the Sukkah.

MIRACLE HEALING LIKE ACTS 19:12

After this, Sibaio shared that the week before the above vision in our church, her Aunt Hannah’s daughter Rosie was in the Cairns hospital. She was pregnant but there was a blood clot near the baby’s head. We had prayed for her at church and gave Sibaio a handkerchief and put anointing oil on it and prayed the scripture over it of Acts 19:12 referring to Paul “so that even handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched him were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured and the evil spirits left them.”

Hannah took this to Rosie and placed it on the place where she had had an operation that was bleeding. Immediately the Holy Spirit moved and the bleeding stopped, the pain went away and she was healed and was able to fly back to the Torres Strait with her and baby safe and sound. Sibaio declared it a miracle. We have seen God do this before a number of times when we have prayed on hankies and sent them to the person in need. Praise the Lord!!!

TABERNACLE OF DAVID CAIRNS 

A glimpse of our congregation’s meeting area. This was not staged but taken as I walked by. Such a blessing. You can just see the well we named Rehoboth which was made for a conference we hosted in 2003 called Redigging the Wells of Revival and Transformation. It refers to the Gen 26:18-26 scriptures where Isaac redug the wells of his father Abraham. The Philistines had stopped up the well after Abraham passed away. Today the wells of revival have been stopped up by the enemy and we need to redig those wells and bring forth revival again. At our conference, we brought together Aboriginal communities who had experienced revival like Elcho Island, Pinnacle Pocket, Yarrabah etc. with the City Transformation movement under Brian Pickering and Ben Gray. Brian was a speaker. It was a wonderful time with prophetic words flowing.

19 Also Isaac’s servants dug in the valley, and found a well of running water there. 20 But the herdsmen of Gerar quarreled with Isaac’s herdsmen, saying, “The water is ours.” So he called the name of the well Esek, because they quarreled with him. 21 Then they dug another well, and they quarreled over that one also. So he called its name Sitnah. 22 And he moved from there and dug another well, and they did not quarrel over it. So he called its name Rehoboth, because he said, “For now the Lord has made room for us, and we shall be fruitful in the land.”

A New Review – Decrees and Dangerous Prayers

Decrees and Dangerous Prayers is a very powerful tool for those passionate to change history. Barbara Miller rightly quotes the words found in proverbs, “Life and death are indeed in the power of the tongue.” Jesus rarely prayed for people rather he decreed or commanded healing. The prophets of Israel did the same.

 Peter the apostle did not pray for the cripple at the gate beautiful rather he decreed God’s will over the man through the gift of faith. The rest is history!

 Acts 3:1-8 says, “Peter and John went to the Temple one afternoon to take part in the three o’clock prayer service. As they approached the Temple, a man lame from birth was being carried in. Each day he was put beside the Temple gate, the one called the Beautiful Gate, so he could beg from the people going into the Temple. When he saw Peter and John about to enter, he asked them for some money.

 Peter and John looked at him intently, and Peter said, ‘Look at us!’ The lame man looked at them eagerly, expecting some money. But Peter said, ‘I don’t have any silver or gold for you. But I’ll give you what I have. In the name of Jesus Christ, the Nazarene, get up and walk!’

 Then Peter took the lame man by the right hand and helped him up. And as he did, the man’s feet and ankles were instantly healed and strengthened. 8He jumped up, stood on his feet, and began to walk! Then, walking, leaping, and praising God, he went into the Temple with them.”

 I have known Ps Barbara Miller since the early nineties along with her husband Ps Norman Miller. She has authored over 10 books and she is a mighty woman of God as is her husband, Norman Miller. They helped launch a prophetic decree for this nation called the Canberra Declaration on 21 July 2010 that has blossomed into a significant ministry in the nation for righteousness.

 What am I saying? Ps Barbara is not just a writer but a doer. She has lived and breathed, “Decrees and Dangerous Prayers,” for over 30 years. This book is testimony to that fact. Reading this book will inspire you, challenge you and change you. I highly recommend it for all believers!

GOSPEL FROM THE GUNYAH

Ps Norman has made a gunyah (traditional Aboriginal dwelling) in his backyard from which to send Christian messages out by video. He has a worship ministry on the Cairns streets (Esplanade) where he has been going every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday night for about 5 years now. As well as touching lives, it changes the spiritual atmosphere over the city.
