8.1.20 Vision re PM Scott Morrison
Barbara Miller – I was praying for some insight about the cause of the bushfires when I received a vision of a cricket game with the Prime Minister on the right batting. He was playing against the ALP and Greens and he won a surprise victory i.e., the federal election. This meant the ALP retreated a bit from its climate change policy and stand on religious freedom etc. concerned that the “quiet Australians” had not endorsed its policies.
However, with the bushfires, the ALP came back to the cricket game re-energised and more confident to use climate change to bat against the Prime Minister, even to hit him with the bat. They were trying to get him out. I even sensed that an underarm bowl had been used against Scott Morrison.
I was looking for a photo of Scott Morrison playing cricket, if there was one, and was surprised to come up with some scathing articles about his comment that the cricketers from both sides of the Tasman would inspire Australians. However, as they were playing during the bushfire crisis, this was considered insensitive to bushfire victims and firefighters. The PM invited the Australian and New Zealand cricketers to Kirribilli House and is a big cricket supporter. It is a yearly tradition for the Australian cricket team and touring national side to meet with the Prime Minister at Kirribilli House on New Year’s Day. Malcolm Turnbull, Tony Abbott and Julia Gillard all took part when they were in the role. However, it appears Scott Morrison is expected to focus solely on the bushfires.

Norman Miller – This is the word I received – “Plenty, plenty of the Lord in 2020” based on Psalm 65:11 about the Lord crowning the year with bounty or plenty. I also keep coming back to when God gave Joseph a dream of 7 years of plenty and 7 years of famine. I believe we are entering 7 years of plenty for those who trust in the Lord.
I called the Australia Day Prayer for 3 days because of Hosea 6 – Return, Revive, Restore and that Australia had been through a lot with the bushfires and drought but God would restore us on the 3rd day.
Barbara Miller – shared the vision she had of Prime Minister Scott Morrison in a game of cricket against the ALP and Greens. Barbara had a cricket bat and ball with her and decreed that Scott Morrison would not be hit with the bat of climate change or receive an underarm bowl.
As she saw a demon vomiting green matter during that vision, Barbara prayed re the spirit behind this climate change attack on the PM and the Lord showed her Pan, the nature god, half man half goat. The Lord reminded her that she and Norman took a Christian tour group of 50 to pray at Pan’s grotto and Pan temples in 2017. Pan was known to cause panic which is where that word came from. He was lecherous and his stertorous voice could cause fear and death.
This is why we have a panic re climate change. In Mt 16:17-19, Jesus says that the gates of hell would not prevail against the church. Jesus declared this at Caesarea Philippi and this is where it was revealed to Peter that Jesus was the Messiah, the son of the living God. The gates of hell are a physical place here also called the grotto of Pan where the Greek shepherds in the Hellenistic period would sacrifice goats. People came from around the world to this gateway to the underworld. Later after the fall of Jerusalem in AD 70, the Romans, who also worshipped Pan, took captured Jews here and cruelly killed them in games. This is not to say that climate change is not an issue and we need good policies to deal with it but the panic mode button has been pressed and it is used for political manipulation. Barbara made decrees regarding climate change and Pan.

5.3.20 Covid-19 and China
Barbara Miller said she felt that Ps 91 was the scripture to turn into a decree re the coronavirus. We need to pray against fear also. Pan is the god of panic and there is a panic about coronavirus which they say could become a pandemic. Before declaring Ps 91, however, Barbara shared the following information about Wuhan, where the coronavirus originated from. This was received from a Malaysian pastor and Barbara added a little research to it:
- It is the oldest dragon city, even before the dynasty age
- It is the birthplace of ROC, the Republic of China which is now in Taiwan. It ruled on the mainland of China from 1912-1949 after the last dynasty was overthrown but was pushed out by the communist party
- It birthed the China we have today run by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and called PRC, People’s Republic of China
- It was the war capital during the Chinese-Japanese war
- It’s the city Japan surrendered to China
- Snake Mountain is in Wuhan
Barbara then declared Ps 91 over Scott Morrison and his government and pulled the darts out. In reading the scripture, she added in coronavirus to pestilence and plague and prayed for the virus to cease, people to be healed and wisdom for authorities and health workers. She prayed against fear and that this would be an opportunity to share the gospel and for Christians to have the courage to evangelise. She declared the Lion of the Tribe of Judah has already defeated the dragon and the snake.
17.3.20 Early Message and Prophecies re Covid-19.
Barbara Miller – “I sensed that the Lord may use Coronavirus to bring down President Xi Jinping and the Chinese Communist Party in a dramatic fashion the way we had the fall of the Berlin Wall and of the USSR. The fall of the Berlin Wall on 9 November 1989 was a pivotal event in world history which marked the falling of the Iron Curtain and the start of the fall of communism in Eastern and Central Europe.” (From my message – Pandemic, Pangolin, Pandemonium, Pan – But Be Careful How We Pray Lest We are Found Opposing God.)
Norman Miller said the great commission is being taken from the Great Wall of China to the Western Wall in Jerusalem with the Back to Jerusalem movement that started in China in 1920. Isaiah 62 watchmen on the walls. We need to pray in God’s redemptive purpose for China. Christians in China have been persecuted and the dragon is backlashing but the Ancient of Days will defeat the ancient dragon. The battle is the Lord’s.
Norman declared there was an inheritance over China to have a Nazarite anointing of consecration to the Lord and a Nicodemus anointing of being born again by the Holy Spirit. So, expect revival.

Barbara Miller – Lord when I prayed for a gamechanger prayer, you led me to a spirit of empire affecting Communist China wanting to restore past glories of Chinese dynasties, Communist Russia wanting to restore the past glory of the USSR, Erdogan’s Turkey wanting to restore the past glory of the Ottoman empire, even Islamic state, wanting to restore the Islamic caliphate.
Lord You will not share Your glory so we pray that just as Satan fell for the sin of pride and rebellion, that these nations pursuing empire will fall too. Lord they seek power, control, money and fame but we pray that you will confound all ungodly attempts to acquire these.
The west seems to be stumbling over the sins of empire and colonialism – British, European and US (at least the left and universities are) and falling into self-hate. We pray that you will help us in the west to honour our Judeo-Christian heritage at the same time as we repent from our sins.
We repent for the sins of empire and colonialism and the hurt and pain it has caused historically and where it still occurs today and ask that you will help us change. Also, Lord forgive us where we have built our own churches or ministries and not Your kingdom. Help us to have a kingdom of God mindset.

Barbara Miller – I saw a large python squeezing Australia and I sensed this was from China. This could represent the restrictions China is placing on trade with Australia because of Australia’s push for an inquiry into the origins of the coronavirus.
22.7.20 – For 10th anniversary Canberra Declaration a launch of their book The Blessing of Almighty God in which Barbara and Norman wrote a chapter.
The Lord gave me a word that the Canberra Declaration is similar to when Martin Luther nailed the theses to the door of the church at Wittenberg and said, “Here I stand.” And I believe the Lord would say that about the Canberra Declaration has done. What we’ve done in the spirit realm is to say, “Here I Stand” and to the enemy, “We’ve drawn a line in the sand and we say this far and no further.” And I really believe that the Lord is saying that the Canberra Declaration is going to be transformational through generations and not just over Australia but over nations. So, there’s like a tidal wave in the spirit unleashed through the Canberra Declaration and I believe that tidal wave is going to knock down cultural Marxism and many other things that have reared their ugly head against the church of this nation and nations.
We were blessed to open the door for the birthing of the Canberra Declaration at our Government of God conference at Parliament House Canberra in 2010 and bless those who have grown the baby. We were honoured to open the door also for the National Day of Prayer and Fasting by giving over the last day of our Kingdom of Heaven in 2011 conference at Parliament House Canberra on the first anniversary of the Canberra Declaration. It is salt and light and is showing the manifold wisdom of God as in Eph 3:10-11.
Norman Miller – It is July 22 and I am reminded of Isaiah 22:22. Good word seed has been sown. I believe this is a watershed moment that will turn our nation back to God. This is an historic moment, a 10-year celebration and they will be rejoicing in heaven as well. I see a shift, a big change, a turning in the spirit. Isaiah 55, seeds for the sower. Psalm 126 – this book will help generations pass on the baton. This book will not only need to be on your shelf but on your heart. 5.8.20 Lebanon Explosion
Barbara Miller – As soon as I heard on Wednesday about the tragedy in Beirut, I sensed the Lord was showing me that it was a situation similar to Haman’s gallows. In the time of Queen Esther, Haman tried to trick the King of Persia (ancient Iran) into killing all the Jews in the vast empire of King Xerxes or Ahasuerus, virtually the then known world – from India to Ethiopia. The plot was exposed by Esther and her uncle Mordecai who were Jews and the genocide was stopped by another decree that reversed the effect of the first decree. The King ordered Haman hung on the gallows he had constructed himself to kill Mordecai. Haman was a Persian/Iranian citizen but he was descended from Agag, King of the Amalekites, traditional enemies of Israel. Amalek was the grandson of Esau, the ancestor of the Edomites.
The Iranian-controlled terrorist group Hezbollah controls the port in Beirut where the ammonium nitrate that exploded was stored. It can be used for fertilizer or explosives. It is known that Hezbollah has weapons stored at the Beirut port to attack Israel with more than a hundred thousand missiles. This appears to be a case where Hezbollah’s plan to kill Jews in Israel has backfired upon them, tragically killing innocent civilians in the process. Another plot from Iran to kill Jews has been foiled.

This seems to be confirmed by media reports on Sunday that the people have built mock gallows on which they performed a mock hanging of Hezbollah leader, Hassan Nasrallah and former prime minister Saad Hariri. A number of key intercessors have confirmed what the Lord showed me. It is important however that we have compassion for the injured and those who have lost their loved ones, Christians and others, and that we pray for reform, repentance and salvation in Lebanon and terrorism to end. There are urgent needs for food, medical aid and housing. Lebanon was already in financial and Covid-19 crisis before the blast and the blast has destroyed silos of wheat containing 85% of Lebanon’s food. Jonah was chastised by the Lord when he complained that the Lord spared Nineveh, the enemy of Israel, when they repented.

Barbara Miller – I saw a needle moving left to right. I felt the Lord was saying that through the GAP Network prayer meetings, we’ve had a shift. We’ve moved the needle. There’s been a shift. I had a look at google and it said that when an audio is loud enough and the needle is moved, the people hear. I believe God is saying that He has heard our prayer. We have had an impact. I also had a sense of the temperature heating up and I’m excited at what God is going to do. I believe the Lord is saying that our prayer has moved this nation.
