Barbara attended the 60th anniversary of the 1957 strike to end oppressive conditions on Palm Island. There was a Christian service one night as part of the commemorations and after much singing by the Torres Strait Islanders, mostly from Darnley Island, Barbara was asked to share briefly. She told them about her word re revival on Darnley Island that she received at a Re-digging the Wells and Transformation conference we hosted in Cairns in 2003. Barbara then prophecied over Palm Island that it would see revival (not recorded.)
