May – Norman and Barbara spoke at the Vanuatu Prayer Assembly hosted by Apostle Raynold Bori and prayed on location where Ferdinand de Quiros made his declaration over the South Lands of the Holy Spirit. Barbara was asked to re-declare it with the modification the Lord gave her.
Norman Miller – spoke from Jer 29:11 and said that as he was flying in, he sensed there was a cloud of witnesses watching our proceedings. He saw angels in the sky and believed the wind of the Holy Spirit would be blowing over us to bring the changes for us to be more in alignment with Him. He could see the fire of God’s glory. He said he saw the arms of the Father reaching out to us to put his arms around us and pour out His love on us. Norman had tears as He shared the Father’s heart of love for the people. Norman also shared from Isa 51:4-5 that the islands would look to Me and wait in hope for My arm and Isa 61:9 that surely the islands would look to Me.
Barbara Miller – I sensed the Lord was saying that the words of de Quiros were still hanging in the air over the place (Matantas), and in the land and sea. I also sensed we were to draw on the spiritual atmosphere and anointing in this place as we do when we travel to sites in Israel mentioned in the Bible. There are places in Israel where the healing or miracles anointing is strong and can be called forth. We know the Holy Spirit is everywhere and hovered over the earth in creation but nowhere else was a land declared the South Lands of the Holy Spirit. This needs to be stewarded and cherished and shared with the world.
After the original declaration, de Quiros had a gun salute. Norman blew the shofar and Ps Nerry Ishom blew the conch shell three times simultaneously. De Quiros had hailed the King of Spain so we honoured King Jesus three times as an assembly all standing. We then all shouted “Happy Birthday Israel” as it was the 65th anniversary of the modern state of Israel being formed.
Barbara Miller – I shared four messages 9-13 May (in Vanuatu) and I could not release anything until I brought the first message about the Lord calling his beloved and his beloved calling back to Him. I saw a shofar calling and a conch shell responding and got the words “deep calls to deep” Ps 42:7. It was also Israel calling to Vanuatu and the Pacific Islands. The Father and Jesus were releasing their love to the people and a call to intimacy, to the bridal chamber. I was then able to release a message on the de Quiros decree and the destiny of Vanuatu and the Pacific.
Norman Miller – had done a prophetic act last year of wrapping the Vanuatu and Australian flags together inside the Israel flag and praying for unity as he had sensed a jostling spirit like when Rebekah sensed this in her womb with Jacob and Esau. We found out later that the Lord had used us as spiritual diplomats because the Prime Minister of Vanuatu was in Sydney en route to Israel and his first secretary was arrested for fraud. A diplomatic incident ensured with Vanuatu expelling Australian police and Australia threatening to pull out all aid. Vanuatu is so dependent on Australian aid it could have caused the Vanuatu government to fall. We believe the Lord used us to bring healing. That secretary is still in jail in Melbourne. Norman asked the intercessors to pray over the flags for nine months to see what the Lord would birth and then unwrap them. Ps Nerry shared that they felt that the Lord had built a bridge to Israel through the prayer. It’s amazing that the three nations whose flags were used were the same ones involved i.e., that the Vanuatu PM was flying via Australia to, of all nations in the world, Israel.
I know that some people have difficulty with the value or not of the de Quiros declaration and I understand that. De Quiros was a devout Catholic. When I prayed to the Lord about how important this declaration was, He surprised me by His answer. He said the theses nailed by Martin Luther to the church door at Wittenberg changed the world and changed history. The Protestant Reformation resulted. This indicates the Lord was saying to me the declaration by de Quiros similarly was world or history changing though of course not of the same magnitude as Luther’s stand.

Norman Miller – I see the clouds so white. I see the words in those clouds, the words – Pure and Holiness. I see a cloud of witnesses, surrounded by holy angels. The envelope developing of clouds, so thick, so white, so emerged in the skies. I see angels with trumpets, and the sign I’m seeing is the “last call”, “the last trumpet call”.
I see the Glory of the Lord appearing, coming through these clouds. So bright so majestic, such as the radiance, such as the Glory. Even I see the words “Hosanna, Hosanna in the Highest.” I see the sky, that is filled, filled with clouds and in those clouds the God of Glory with all His Holy angels. I see these clouds forming and getting bigger and bigger.
I see the hand of the Lord, and even as the servants of the Lord went out and looked seven times. And they saw a cloud as small as a man’s hand that is beginning to rise so it is now. I see as the Lord had given the instructions to His covenant children, and they were to follow the cloud by day and fire by night. I see the name of ministries, “cloud by day and fire by night” ministries rising up. I see it growing, these ministries growing, because they are being given heavenly instructions by the Lord and the purpose of these clouds by day and fire by night ministries on the rise is ministering to the Lord Day and night, night and day.
I see these harps, huge harps, I see the bowls, the harp and bowl ministries. I see doors opening up; I see house ministries opening up. I see ministries, cloud by day and fire by night ministries rising up in open spaces – the church without walls. I see the covenant of God’s promises, shining forth and the beckoning call that’s going out to the Gentiles to see a greater restoration and movement of God filling the whole earth.
And the sounds of music and the sounds of singing, and the sounds of weeping. And the sounds of crying, the sounds of joy and the sounds of salvation. The ministries of healing and deliverance. Night and day ministries, day and night ministries on the rise. The call to the nations to respond, the call to the islands to respond. The call is deepening, the call is getting louder, the call is enlarging.
And I see the map of Australia, the shape of Australia being formed into a heart. And God is calling this nation and the people in this nation to respond to the heart call. And the heartbeat of God; the heart ways of the Lord in a deeper way. The heavenly call to the hearts of this nation is to respond to the heartbeat of Jesus. And see His will and plans, purposed and destined for what He would have and what He would say, and I was getting the word of Isaiah 42:10 (read out scripture) a heart response to the Lord is what He really wants.
I got a sense that the cloud by day and fire by night ministries are going to be on the rise worshipping the Lord Day and night, and praising Him day and night. It’s beginning to happen. You’ll see an explosion in the spirit of what God can do. Even as the Lord is doing in Indonesia, right now, watch what the Lord will do. “Can a nation be born in a day?” God will set up the restoration of all things that He promised through His word. But ministries will be known as “cloud by day and fire by night” ministries that will be on the rise. And they will move as the hand of God will show them, reveal to them. They will move as the children of Israel knew when to move. We as a people know how this next move and this next wind of God’s Holy Spirit will change us and our direction. We’ve got to know when the move is on, got to know the Spirit of God is moving in such an incredible way and to believe and say amen.
14.7.2013 A Season of Extraordinary Miracles
Norman Miller – There’s coming that rising up of a new faith level,
A new rising up for a new day, a new season.
And in this season, you will see extraordinary miracles taking place
in this season, that is upon us, upon you
It’s a season where I sense in the Lord that an elevation is coming as we stand
And as we pray; As we intercede and as we lift up holy hands to the Lord.
There’s an elevation of praise and worship that’s coming forth and being raised up
But an elevation of leadership, strong leadership
An elevation where God is beginning to bring into place things that are not seen nor even heard. These are just the beginnings, a beginning of a new thing that the Lord declares and He will do a seasonal change in you, where you shall not know tiredness or weariness
That you will rise and soar high above the circumstances. When things try to bring you down, you rise up in the Spirit in The Lord. You rise to the challenges that are ahead, you rise against those that try to bring in accusations against you. You rise to a new righteous and just standard with the Lord.
You arise to a new and humble beginnings. Where you may have thought of even a lowly position, even Jesus knew that lowly position. But he had the right heart and attitude, because He was the Son of the living God and he triumphed in those humble beginnings. Even of a lowly position, where men tried to bring him down, and men did mock him and spit at him and assault him, and accuse him and whip him. But He arose to the challenges, just as He rose up from the grave. That death could not hold Him down for He had risen and the challenge for us is to rise in a new wave and destiny with God.
There shall come the increase, but with a greater care and love and compassion that God begins to pour out, and as He begins to soak your heart and as you begin to just melt in His presence, like the hills they shall melt like wax at the presence of The Lord. And in the presence of The Lord they shall know, they shall have the guidance and the wisdom and understanding to see this new season, that you are in and that I am in, in the Lord.
It is a season where God will just plant something so deep and whatever He plants for the season it will become so fruitful, and it will ripen and it will mature and it will expand and it will draw on the strength of the Lord and it must draw on the strength of the risen Lord.
Because as He spoke to Lazarus in the tomb, to rise up, so He would speak to you in the season – rise up, take your mat and walk, rise up with healings in your wings, because He is our wing and He will teach us to soar into new heavenly heights with Him.
This is a season where the Lord will rise in you. His word and the level of His word will increase and His wisdom will increase and His knowledge will increase in and through you
As you look to Him and as you seek Him and find Him, that He’s not far that He’s so near
And He calls you and He chooses you to come to Him closer. He calls you, and He says here I Am, here I Am, I’m here to deliver you, I’m here to bring you up and into this new season that will be extraordinary, even as the miracles, even as you prayed over this hanky, know that God has done something and He’s bringing you into a place of the extraordinary, a season of extraordinary things taking place right before your eyes.
Expect this extraordinary season, an extraordinary season of miracles, upon miracles, upon miracles – it’s here. I’m giving it into your hands, this season, you will know it. As you will be in season and you will understand the season. Though it rains in the natural, though the weather pattern is different, watch this former and latter rain that I pour out upon vessels that would choose Me and put their hope in Me and trust in Me.
Watch this season where doors will begin to swing wide open and even as the platforms, I’ve given you in the city and even this platform I’ve given to you into universities and even this platform I have given to you in to the media. Know the platform that I would call you to leap onto, to spring into this new season. It’s a season of abundance; it’s a season of joy; it’s a season of harvest; it’s a season of revival; it’s a season of strength in The Lord; it’s a season of revelation. For My word is being poured out into your heart into your spirit. Get understanding, get wisdom.
Know this extraordinary season that I’m bringing, that I’m bringing to you. And watch the overflow of this extraordinary miracle season that you are in right now. See the healings and restoration take place, see the eyes of the blind opening, the ears of deaf open, see the season of extraordinary miracles that I’m bringing upon you. Just be open to receive and understand the times that you are in.
Understand this season, this fruitful season, this ploughing season, this matured season. Just understand it and know that I’m working on the soil of your heart and I’m pouring out the rain of my spirit that will bring much water to the righteous trees and the just trees that I’m bringing forth, springing up. Watch this season, watch this hour, watch this day, watch this year that is still incomplete but I will bring it to completion. I will fulfil and bring everything to completion. For I am your God, I’m your Healer, I’m your Restorer. Watch me do it.

18.8.2013 Multitudes Gathering at Parliament House
Norman Miller – What I’m seeing is big trucks travelling on this road. I’m seeing a gathering and the assembly of people. I’m seeing this convoy and people of movement assemble on the lawns of Parliament House inside and outside. It’s like a gathering of a momentum shift that I believe the Lord is about to do. It’s like a new road that He’s taking us on. And He’s directing the highways and the byways, even the airways and the shipways.
And there’s a gathering, it’s like multitudes just gathering. Just coming together for one purpose, in the spirit of unity in God’s grace and God’s love. So, He’s gathering and speaking into the ears, the hearts of men and women that they will begin to see and believe in the purpose of what God is unfolding. He’s preparing the way; He’s preparing the voice of the people. Those that know Him, those that call out to Him, those that love Him.
And He’s bringing to a place that will bring down spirits of shame, that will bring down a spirit of injustice. That it will be a place, it will be a time, it will be a shift like no other, not yet seen before. It will bring about a new unity and a vision of dreams, the dreams of God, the ways of God. And I see this gathering, it’s like a momentum change, and it’s bringing about the true things there of God, and even now God is beginning to speak into the hearts of those that love Him, those that are listening and hearing His voice right now. About this change and the direction that He’s bringing the church into, those that truly align themselves, those that truly come into the spirit of unity and humility before Him and to see His ways, not our ways, but to see His ways.
And it will get louder and people will know, people will hear and people will see. And people will come on board and know that this change is a good change to hold onto what is good, things that are of God. This will happen, in the time, In the right timings of God. It will bring about a repentance, it will bring about a restoration, it will bring about a healing, bring about a freedom, and even as the freedom cries that will be sounded and heard. It will echo from the nation’s capital; it will echo and the resounding of that will be one of triumphant victory in God. This is it, what God is saying and how God is speaking and how the hearts and the minds of people, the Christian church will respond.

“See, the former things have taken place,
And new things I declare;
Before they spring into being
I announce them to you.
Sing to the Lord a new song,

You who go down to the sea, and all that is in it,
You islands and all who live in them.
Let the desert and its towns raise their voices;
Let the settlements where Kedar lives rejoice
Let the people of Sela sing for joy;
Let them shout from the mountaintops.
Let them give glory to the Lord
And proclaim His praise in the islands.”
Prophetic Declaration
Norman Miller – Lord my prayer is let the SOS call go out to the nations and be heard in the island nations. Let the prayers go forth Lord, let a new season be upon them. Let a new season spring up, that will bring a new hope and new dream and new destiny for the nations. Let them catch the waves of your righteousness and your justice. As you bring it forth, to the nations, to the islands in Asia, to the islands in the Pacific. Let a new SOS call go out, let there be new songs and new decrees as the SOS call would be the sound of singing and rejoicing with a gladness in the heart.
Let a new day begin, let a new birth come forth. Let a new sound be heard, let there come a new revelation. Let the nations, of the islands, let them begin to weep and wail and mourn and intercede. For a new day is coming upon them, new showers, new showers, dropping from the heavens. Let new seeds come forth, let the singing and the rejoicing and the dancing even of the children be heard.
Let there be a new thing Lord, this day that you will do, that you will bring forth. A new day of fulfilling, a new day of restoration. A new day, a new season let it be upon the nations, upon this nation. The old has past, the new has come. Let it come speedily, let the waves and the wells of salvation spring up.
Let there be cries and cries to The Lord. And you will hear the cries of the people. And you will respond, shall respond Lord as they cry and call out to you. Let it be that nations and nations will come into a new born again experience. As in Isaiah 66 – can a nation be born in a day? And Lord so we pray and we intercede for salvation. Salvation of souls, souls, souls
That will not perish but have everlasting life in you
So, Lord bring forth a new season, a new day. That there be the sound of singing. They will know and they will remember and always remember. They will be careful to always follow your ways, your true ways. They will come into all as a nation, as nations and come into all that you have for us. There will be an abundance, and in you Lord there is abundance of life and life eternal

Norman Miller – had this dream of a map of Australia being imprinted on his face. Judy Miller said it was like Australia was etched into him so that it was a part of him very deeply, a part of his DNA.

Norman Miller – Deep calls to deep (Ps 42:1,7). Expect a deeper visitation from the Lord, not a shallow move of God’s Spirit. God is taking us deeper. Expect a deeper level of love, a deeper level of restoration, a deeper walk with the Lord, a deeper faith level, a deeper presence of the Lord, a deeper understanding of God’s wisdom, a deeper hunger and thirst after God, a deeper revelation of God’s ways and a deeper level of God’s anointing.
The Lord would say, “It may seem to be a ripple effect but wait and watch for I will certainly do it. A deeper increase shall come. Yes, even the wealth from the seas shall come. For I will bring about a positional change. The tides are turning. A launching into the deep island streams of Asia Pacific. I am unfolding it right before your eyes. As Amos and Isaiah brought My message of justice and righteousness so you are also to carry My justice and righteousness to the ends of the earth. My will and purposes will stand.”
Ezek 47 is the river flowing from the temple and Rev 22 is the river of life from the throne. The Lord showed me these two rivers are now flowing and are about to burst. Two streams are flowing together– Asia and Pacific as we wait upon the Lord.
God is about to bring a new river flow and it’s going to burst with goodness, mercy and salvation. So, press into the Lord and see this new river that God’s going to open and it’s going to increase and it’s going to be enlarged. I got a sense as I was waiting on the Lord that something of the Spirit was going to burst forth at our conference next year.
God is positioning us as islands in the stream. This river flow will bring change in the course of this nation and Asia Pacific. I got excited as Simeon was when he saw the consolation of Israel. I was moved by the Spirit with a sense that something exciting is about to happen in this church and in this nation. (Luke 2:25)
