July – Our ministry hosted the Ps 24:7 The Government of God, Parliament House Canberra.
Joanne Miller -led a prophetic act. She read 1 Ki 18. One representative from each state of Australia and from other nations – Israel, Singapore, New Zealand and PNG came and laid a scroll at the altar and kneeled in prayer. After that we called down fire on the sacrifice as we made ourselves living sacrifices on the altar.
Norman Miller – issued a prophetic recruitment call for ANZACS to mount up on their horses and ride into their future destiny to bring a spiritual breakthrough for Israel as they did in the 31 Oct 1917 taking of the wells of Beer-Sheva, thus opening the way for the Dec 1917 end to 400 years of the rule of the Ottoman Empire as the Allied Forces entered Jerusalem without a fight. Norman and Barbara are leading a tour of ANZACs Oct 23-Nov 8 this year and we’ll be in Beer-Sheva for the Oct 31 ANZAC memorial.
Barbara Miller – Prophetic convergence – Three New Zealanders (including Joanna Moss) were at the conference and when I shared on the Redemptive Purpose of Australia, I included NZ in this as we are joined in a common destiny not just through fighting together to fulfil Biblical prophecy in Israel but also through the de Quiros’ declaration of the South Lands of the Holy Spirit (including the Pacific) and the Smith Wigglesworth prophecy that the last worldwide end time revival would come from Australia and New Zealand. Norman and I knelt and repented to the New Zealanders for any offence or hurts caused to New Zealanders by Australians. This was received by them.
Barbara Miller – I had prophetic words I shared at the conference. One I received on June 27 re Kevin Rudd being deposed and one was about the Lion of the tribe of Judah on top of Parliament House claiming it. I also saw the lion dancing on top of Parliament House as we worshipped. At one point, Norman asked me to lead the people in roaring like a lion which I have an anointing for but don’t do often as it is something special for when the Lord leads.
When Kevin Rudd was deposed, I did some soul searching and the Lord gave me a message on character flaws which I shared on the panel. He showed me it was like on a football field. Players may not sin but may make moves that lose them the game. That’s what happens with character flaws. We make moves that cause us to lose in the game of life.
Liz Wright, Katherine – On the first day I saw the presence of God as all supreme over Parliament House. I saw the structure above ground of Parliament House with man having handed it over to ungodly spirits. I saw underneath the foundations were in God (in spite of the Masonic designs/plans). This was later confirmed by Ps Lynne Klomp who told me the engineer putting in the foundations was a Christian who prayed over each of the foundations as he put them in. When she spoke on the panel, she said a Bible was buried in the foundations.
The Lord showed me He was building to a climax of His purposes the first night and day. He was building His throne in worship and praise. The Friday would be very important and there’s a need to cover the speakers for sharpness. Messages on Friday would break the divide of religion and politics and thinking that they don’t mix. I circled. The Lord was building this in the spirit. I saw the enemy circling and watching with concentration on Black Mountain and like Elisha, I saw the armies of the Lord of Hosts surrounding in far greater numbers. I was praying protection for the leaders and attendees with binding of the enemy, stopping his ears and handcuffing. Yeshua has the victory.
Lesley Rowlett, Adelaide – The Lord wants us to build and altar unto Him. He is a holy God. We are building an altar as they did when they took ground. They built an altar to the Lord. God is a jealous God. He is the Lord of Lords and King of Kings.
Joy Salogna, Canberra – I had a dream of hacking of a tree. On the left are dead branches. On the right, it looks like cactus with sap coming out. In the middle as it was chopped, a nest or hive dislodged itself and insects came out. Then there was a gushing of fishes coming out of a dirty pond – directing them where to go.

Barbara Miller – On the first Sunday we were home from the trip (08/08/10), the Lord gave me a message on “Strike the Ground” (1 Ki 13). The Lord showed me that at the conference, Norman, as an apostle, represented the king in the story of Elisha and King and I represented the prophet and that, with my hand on his, and at a word from the Lord, he had shot the arrow out of the east window. So, we did this in the physical as a prophetic act and declared “The Lord’s arrow of victory, the arrow of victory over His enemies, the enemies of Australia and the enemies of the church in Australia.”
Elisha had then told the king to strike the ground and was angry with him that he only did it 3 times, telling him he’ll only have victory over the Arameans 3 times and he should have struck it 5 or 6 times for complete and continuing victory. So, as a congregation, we struck the ground 7 times declaring “The government is on Jesus’ shoulders.” Then we struck the ground 7 times for a breakthrough in our own lives and kept going vigorously till our bamboo sticks were all frayed. VICTORY!!!
Norman Miller – got a sense that there was a river of justice, righteousness and healing flowing and he encouraged us to do a prophetic act of jumping into the river which we did enthusiastically.

Kathy Susnjar, Perth – Re your prophetic word on 8/8/10 re the Canberra conference and stating you don’t know exactly what occurred in the heavenlies. You shot an arrow with the words “The Lord’s arrow of victory over His enemies, the enemies of Australia and the enemies of the Church in Australia”. In Perth, WA, we had a ‘Friends of Israel WA’ at the church Victory Life Centre 4pm on 8/8/10. This is a first in Australia with the attendance of the Jewish Rabbis, their community and Christians together in a church to show the Jewish people our support for Israel. Also invited were politicians to show their support for Israel. 1,500 people attended…!!!!!”
July – Norman and Barbara co-hosted a ministry tour for Ps Howard and Randi Bass of Israel in NZ with Sue Rowe of NZ. We travelled NZ with Howard and Randi.
Barbara Miller – At one of the meetings I spoke at, the Lord had me share on Ps 110:2-3 and a sigh went up as it resonated so much with the New Zealand Christians. ‘The LORD will extend your mighty sceptre from Zion: “Rule in the midst of Your enemies!” Your people shall be willing on your day of battle. Arrayed in holy splendour, from the womb of the dawn, to you belongs the dew of your youth.’

Barbara Miller – While we were worshipping in the Tuesday service at Kehilat HaCarmel, Ps David Davis mentioned that the name Jewish people have for Jesus “Yeshu” meaning may his name and memory be obliterated. It is a curse. I had a revelation, which I shared, that this has allowed the enemy a foothold to carry out persecution of the Jews trying to wipe them out as a race. I think this understanding is a real key to turning things around.
