Hi all. We bless you in the name of the Lord. Despite losing our Christian Prime Minister, Scott Morrison, at the recent national elections, we praise the Lord that He is in control and His ways are higher than our ways. After all, history is His story. We hope it’s not a story of God giving us what we want despite His will which is what happened when God gave Israel King Saul at their request. 1 Sam 12:13.
There has been a recent change of government in Australia with the Australian Labor Party taking control of the House of Representatives with preference votes from the Greens. They will depend on the Green vote to pass their bills through the Senate. Both parties have antisemitic policies so we need a lot of prayer for Australia to continue to be a sheep nation. GOD TV SATELLITES TO GO INTO CAPE YORK
The Restoring Hope Ministry team will be in Cape York from 5-28 June installing reception for GOD TV in a number of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. UKRAINE BECAME A CHRISTIAN NATION IN 988

RECONCILIATION WEEK – 27 MAY – 3 JUNE
Photo on the left – The Catholic Cathedral Cairns where Norman was the artist in 2017 for the Sea of Hands display for Reconciliation Week. He also taught the students at one of the Catholic schools a song he had written on reconciliation and they sang it together at a Reconciliation Mass at the Cathedral.
This year, St Josephs School in Cairns used the Reconciliation song Norman wrote to play when the students entered the school hall for the Reconciliation Mass. Norman was able to do an interview with our local newspaper The Cairns Post for Reconciliation Week 2022 and the removal of the Captain Cook statue to another resting place as it made way for redevelopment for James Cook University.

55TH ANNIVERSARY OF REUNIFICATION OF JERUSALEM
May 29 is the anniversary of the Six Day War when the Arab states invaded Israel and Israel defeated them in 6 days in a miracle. Jerusalem was reunited and Israel gained back Judea and Samaria and the Golan Heights. It is celebrated as Jerusalem Day and a march is held each year called a flag march. Hamas has called for violent demonstrations against the Jewish state and the march using the false accusation that Israel is going to tear down Al-Aqsa mosque. Hi all. We bless you in the name of the Lord. We are in the midst of a national election campaign in Australia and continue to pray for Godly government. We have been blessed with a Christian Prime Minister who said he won by a miracle last election and he needs another miracle. He has been the brunt of a character assassination campaign despite being of good character. Australia has handled the pandemic and the economic fallout because of it better than most nations. However big money is bankrolling so-called independents against government seats campaigning for stronger climate change policies. They hope to get a hung parliament so they can call the shots, having the balance of power.
We have had devastating floods on the east coast of Australia and the heart-rending war in Ukraine continues with rising antisemitism in many countries. Just as the heroes of the Bible interceded to God, we do today in this generation. We praise the Lord that He is in control. After all, history is His story.

Our heartfelt prayers have been going out daily for Ukraine since the Russian invasion. The Lord showed me these spirits are operating – power lust, glory lust, blood lust, a spirit of empire, territorial spirits, self-exalting spirits, a deceptive spirit, a thieving, destroying spirit, and an authoritarian, oppressive spirit. Also, from newspaper reports, it appears that Putin has co-opted the church with only some opposition. He sees this as a spiritual battle, and it is – between the forces of darkness and light. However, in his deception, he is in the right. So we can do prayers of binding and loosing as in as in Mat 16:19 as we are given the keys of the kingdom to do this. I don’t recommend you do this on your own as some of these are world powers and it is not safe. However, I have a decree that you can pray. Job 22:28 says:
Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.
We decree the power lust and glory lust operating in the Russian invasion of Ukraine must bow the knee before the name of Jesus and, as Jesus prayed in the Lord’s prayer in Matt 6– “lead us not into temptation” but deliver Ukraine and Russia “from the evil one for yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. We decree the blood of Jesus is more powerful than blood lust and more powerful to save than any other blood. As it says in Rev 1:5 “from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood.”
We decree the spirit of empire operating in Europe cannot stand against the Creator of the universe as Col 1:16 says “For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him”. We decree loss of power to territorial spirits operating in Europe. As Acts 17:26 says “From one man he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands.”
We declare Jesus has triumphed on the cross and by His resurrection over the lying, deception and murder that has been occurring in the Russian invasion of Ukraine. As John 8:44 says “You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies. We declare that the thieving, destroying spirit operating in the Russian invasion of Ukraine is defeated by the blood and name of Jesus and that Jesus brings life and resurrection to Ukraine. As John 10:10 says “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”
We decree demise and dismantling of the authoritarian spirit operating over Russia and declare the servant leadership demonstrated by Jesus in Matt 20:25-28. “Jesus called them together and said, ‘You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their high officials exercise authority over them. Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be your servant— just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many’.”
We decree that the church in Russia will shine a light in the darkness and have the strength to resist being compromised and co-opted by Putin. As Jesus prays in John 17:14-15 “I have given them your word and the world has hated them, for they are not of the world any more than I am of the world. My prayer is not that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one.”
We decree that those who have been blinded by the evil one in Europe will have their eyes opened and that they will reach out to Jesus for their salvation. We pray comfort and practical help for all those who have lost loved ones and been wounded on both sides of the war and for those who been made refugees and lost their homes and livelihoods. We pray wisdom for the leaders of all Europe, especially of Ukraine. We thank you Jesus that you came to

Russian Invasion of Ukraine – Urgent Prayer Needed!!!

A number of commentators are comparing Russia’s invasion of Ukraine with Hitler’s invasion of European countries in World War 11 and wondering how far Putin will go to re-establish the USSR. People are also asking is the west having its Neville Chamberlain moment of appeasement?

Poland was not part of USSR, as was Ukraine till 1991, but Poland will have bad memories of how it was treated by the Russians during and after World War 11. Surprisingly, perhaps, my book If I Survive covers some of that story. The reason for this is that I needed to piece together the information from Lena Goldstein, whose story it is, by doing a lot of background research to put it in context. So I will include some extracts here:

The Nazis fought their way into Warsaw. Dead bodies were everywhere. They closed the schools, shut down the newspapers and concerts. The people loved music, but the city fell silent.
The Siege of Warsaw by the Germans began on 1 September 1939, one week after the signing of the Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact, while the Soviet invasion of Poland commenced on 17 September. The Polish Warsaw Army (Armia Warszawa) defended Warsaw, the capital of Poland, as substantial aerial bombardments by the Luftwaffe rained down.

To offer what support she could (to her brothers who were sent to the east to fight), Lena went undercover as an actress with a troop of actors who happened to be going to Brest. She says:
“We were already on the Russian side, and people were coming back from the Russian side, saying, ‘Go back, go back because they’re killing people,’ especially Jews because they know the Jews are escaping from the Germans. They’re killing Jews because they know that everybody is selling all that they possess to run away from the Germans to the Russian side. It was dangerous.”

Lena’s sister Fela and her husband did not want to accept Russian citizenship. They were Polish citizens, and they wanted to go back to Poland. Angered, the Russians sent them to Siberia instead, as punishment. Russia had already been sent many dissidents to this remote place. Lena longed to find her sister, hold her in her arms, share sisterly stories, even to know she was alive and not suffering. But there was no word from her. It was as if a chapter of her life had closed.

(Because of the Warsaw Uprising Aug-Oct 1944 led by the Polish home army or resistance timed for the retreat of the Germans and advance of the Soviets) The Germans reduced Warsaw to smoking ruins, the skeletons of burnt blocks of apartments surrounded by rubble and destroyed bridges sunk into the river. It was like a ghost town.
The Soviets paid the highest price to defeat the Nazis in Europe, losing more than 26 million troops, so the Allies didn’t want to upset them, and this accounted for their low-level support for their ally Poland. This lack of support was despite the fact that Polish pilots helped win the Battle of Britain in 1940, 115,000 Poles fought in Italy under British command, and after D-Day Poles fought on the western front. They also fought for Britain in the Middle East.
Tehran Conference
The Tehran Conference sealed the fate of Poland. It was a meeting between US President Franklin D. Roosevelt, British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, and Soviet Premier Joseph Stalin in Tehran, Iran, between 28 November and 1 December 1943. It is reported that: Stalin pressed for a revision of Poland’s eastern border with the Soviet Union to match the line set by British Foreign Secretary Lord Curzon in 1920. To compensate Poland for the resulting loss of territory, the three leaders agreed to move the German–Polish border to the Oder and Neisse rivers. This decision was not formally ratified, however, until the Potsdam Conference of 1945. (Office of the Historian n.d.) It seems the president of the Polish government-in-exile, Władysław Raczkiewicz, was not aware of this. Also, the Americans were keen to get Soviet support for the war against Japan. At the Yalta conference between the Americans, British and Soviets from 4 to 11 February 1945, the Allies withdrew support for the Polish government-in-exile and Poland was allowed to become a Soviet satellite. Other decisions were made that enabled a Soviet sphere of influence in Europe that led to the Cold War. Stalin said: For the Russian people, the question of Poland is not only a question of honor but also a question of security. Throughout history, Poland has been the corridor through which the enemy has passed into Russia. Poland is a question of life and death for Russia. (The Latin Library n.d.) After the war, Poland became a communist state and remained so until 1989. One occupying force was replaced by another. The Soviets persecuted the soldiers of the Home Army and the resistance fighters of the Warsaw Uprising as being anti-Soviet. Instead of being honoured as brave fighters, they were maligned. A monument to the Home Army was not built until 1989 when the Soviets lost control of Poland. Instead, the Soviet-backed People’s Army was glorified. the People’s Commissariat for Internal Affairs (NKVD), Stalin’s secret police, or the Office of Security (UB), the Polish political police, captured many Home Army fighters, eradicating opposition to post-war communist Poland. The UB operated from 1945 to 1954. They imprisoned the soldiers on charges such as fascism and sent many to Gulags. However, memories of the uprising and lack of Soviet support for them motivated the Polish labour movement, Solidarity, which led to peaceful opposition against the Polish communist government in the 1980s. In Poland now, 1 August is a celebrated anniversary. On the fiftieth anniversary of the (Warsaw) uprising, in 1994, Poland held a ceremony and invited the German and Russian presidents. Russian President Boris Yeltsin didn’t attend but German President Roman Herzog visited and was the first German statesman to apologise for German atrocities against Poland during the uprising. “

KEEPING FAITH AND HOPE IN UNCERTAIN TIMES by Ps Barbara Miller.
Message for Ps Jack Yeo & Emmanuel Blessings Christian Centre Sydney for their 20th birthday from Ps N & B Miller Amazing that the blazing torch Barbara saw was mentioned in the scripture Norman got of Isaiah 62. This is confirmation.
Norman – 5 years busking Christian songs on the CaIrns Esplanade, changing the atmosphere over the city and touching lives. He does this about 3 nights a week. Some people dance with joy. Others are in tears as their faith is stirred or they reconsider having walked away from the Lord. Children are loving it. Homeless people often pour out their alcohol or give up their tobacco. We praise the Lord for a heart of worship and a heart for the lost and to touch this city.

Prophetic Word for Malaysia for 2022

My introduction was not recorded. In praying about a New Year message, I saw a chasm between 2 large rock-like cliffs. I sensed this was a chasm between 2021 and 2022 and that there was going to be a big change. What supported you in 2021 won’t support you in 2022. Some trends of 2021 won’t continue into 2022. We don’t want to take old patterns that aren’t working into the new year. I asked the Lord if this was from Him and I asked for a scripture and I received Isaiah 43:18-19. This was the first vision.
I was praying particularly for a word for the Malaysian church and specific pastors. I saw a rock with a crevice of jewels in it. I got the words “hidden treasure” and “double doors” and the scripture of Isaiah 45:1-3 came to me. I had a prophetic word for them based on this scripture. The last part of it was about them raising up the Tabernacle of David.
There were a number of confirmations. They showed me a treasure chest of jewels they had prepared for an altar they had built for the Tabernacle of David they had decided to establish. God is good. We enjoyed a time of worship and fellowship with our Malaysian family.
BDS Boycott of Sydney Festival
As the founders of Indigenous Friends of Israel in 2015, Munganbana Norman and Barbara Miller were concerned about the BDS boycott of the Sydney Festival by Palestinian activists backed by Hamas, a terrorist organization. The reason cited is a $20,000 grant from the Israeli Embassy in Australia though it is not unusual for foreign governments to support art. Also, the Sydney Dance Company were due to perform the dance Decadancecreated by Israeli choreographer Ohad Naharin and Tel Aviv’s Batsheva Dance Company.
While over 20 performers and/or organizations pulled out, including Arab and Muslim performers, the Sydney Festival organizers did not bow to the pressure and continued. The Decadence performers received a standing ovation to a sold-out audience on the opening night on 6 Jan. The Palestinian Justice Movement Sydney claimed that Israel is a racist apartheid state.
Initially Munganbana Norman, as an Indigenous artist, wrote personally to the Indigenous artists a warm, non-challenging letter outlining the numerous ways the Jewish community in Australia have supported the Indigenous community. Unfortunately, Aboriginal senator Pat Dodson, a former Catholic priest, was patron and cultural advisor to one of these groups so we wrote him a letter too, receiving no reply though he is a friend. A minder of one performer rang Norman and told him that the artist was greatly distressed as she had been badgered by a number of phone calls from Lebanon so he would not be passing on the letter.
We were approached by an organisation in the USA who are allied with many in the entertainment and arts industry who assist performers who are boycotted for performing in Israel and had a zoom meeting with them as they wanted to put out an op ed in an Australian newspaper about the issue. They had seen an earlier press release we had done which was published in The Times of Israel.

The ABC reported on 13 Jan that Sydney Festival chair David Kirk has apologised for the event’s handling of a funding controversy saying re the artists “They feel compromised, many of them, and many of them are being pressurised to withdraw their performances from the festival,”
The ABC reported in the same article that Israel’s Deputy Ambassador to Australia, Ron Gerstenfeld, said “agents of chaos” had been bullying artists into supporting the boycott.
“We heard a lot about people being targeted, being threatened, through social media of course but also through other means,” he said.
He said Boycott Divestment and Sanctions (BDS), the organisation behind the boycott, had run an aggressive campaign.

Fire at Old Parliament House – Press Release

Munganbana Norman Miller is concerned that a giant boomerang with “No Discrimination in the Constitution” on it that he donated to the Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House Canberra may have been damaged when the door was set on fire last Thursday. He has not been to see where it was located because he lives in Cairns. The museum is closed for repairs. He made and painted the boomerang himself.
Munganbana said, “It is disappointing that numerous heritage that was contained in the Museum has been treated with such disdain by protestors who did not have the approval of the Aboriginal Tent Embassy or the local Ngunnawal elders for the protest or the smoking ceremony which was a guise for them to undertake a criminal action of setting it on fire.”
“As we come to the 50th anniversary of the Aboriginal Tent Embassy, we respect peaceful protest and acknowledge the important contribution it has made,” said Miller. Now is the time for the Uluru Statement of Voice Treaty Truth to be established.”
“I am an Aboriginal artist and the giant boomerang I donated to the museum had on it ‘No Discrimination in the Constitution.’ It was part of a grass roots campaign I waged at my own expense by travelling around Australia collecting signatures for the removal of discrimination from the constitution and the acknowledgement of First Nations people in it,” said Munganbana.
“It was called the Miller Boomerang Petition and, on 27 November 2013, I handed the boomerang with over 360 signatures on the back, as well as a normal petition, to then Speaker Bronwyn Bishop and MPs Ken Wyatt and Warren Entsch. On 8 February 2016, I handed Warren Entsch MP and the then speaker and clerk of the house the final signatures. This is recorded in Hansard,” he said.
“I decided to donate the boomerang to the museum so it would be in a prominent place where it will be available to future generations who have an interest in our robust democracy. I hope it will stimulate discussions re changing the constitution and promoting Voice Treaty Truth. These need to come from a grassroots level up not top-down.
I have another giant boomerang with ‘Voice Treaty Truth’ on it that I made and painted. I took part in the co-design for the voice consultations in Cairns and I am also concerned we make progress re Closing the Gap to reduce the gap in socio-economic outcomes for First Nations people compared to the rest of the community,” said Munganbana.

VISION BY LILIAN SCHMID, PRAYER COORDINATOR SPHERES OF INFLUENCE, AUSTRALIA On Monday the 13th of December I saw in a vision a woman was trying to open the Pandora box. (the Lord spoke to me and He said this Pandora box represents the body of Christ in Australia). The lid was open a little bit and I saw all evil was trying to come out of it. Barbara’s comment – Norman and I have been very concerned about the way different views about covid 19 are dividing the church and the misinformation that is doing the rounds. We can’t let the enemy of our souls get a foothold. We had decided to put out again messages we shared in March 2020, very early in the pandemic, which we believe are still relevant. Lilian’s vision confirmed this for us because one of the things I found out about just after I published the March article below is that the Wuhan lab that the virus may have escaped from (one theory) had a sign outside saying “Pandora’s Box.” I wish I had kept a photo of it at the time. However, an internet search will show current discussions are “was it people or nature who opened Pandora’s box?” and US officials being warned not to investigate the lab leak theory or they would open Pandora’s box. COVID-19, PAN & HOW TO PRAY PANDEMIC, PANGOLIN, PANDEMONIUM, PAN BUT BE CAREFUL HOW WE PRAY LEST WE ARE FOUND OPPOSING GOD

Pandemic, pangolin, pandemonium, panic, Pan. What do all these have in common – a false god called Pan who creates panic. But let’s come back to that.
When there is a crisis, before praying we need to ask ourselves if this comes from God or not. According to tradition, Gamaliel succeeded his father, Simon, and his grandfather, the renowned sage Hillel to be president of the Sanhedrin, the supreme Jewish court. Gamaliel intervened on behalf of the Apostles of Jesus when they had been arrested and brought before the Sanhedrin. Interestingly we find later in Acts 22:3 that Apostle Paul was a student of Gamaliel. But what Gamaliel said has been ringing in my mind for some time as being critical to how we pray in a crisis. He said that we don’t want to find ourselves opposing God: “But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these men; you will only find yourselves fighting against God.” (Acts 5:39). DAVIDIC ANOINTING: COVID-19 TO DOVID-19
By Norman Miller 26.3.20 I sensed the Lord was saying that it is a Davidic anointing that will deal with the Covid-19. The Lord gave me Dovid-19 and a number of scriptures where He highlighted chapter 19. Barbara pointed out that Dovid is the Jewish (Yiddish) spelling for David. I believe that the Lord is using this virus to wipe out some of the Saul-like structures in the church and take us back to the heart of David, the harp and bowl ministry and house churches.
When Barbara and I hosted the 3-day Australia Day Prayer in Canberra this year, the Lord led me to prophecy over the ACT and Canberra delegates that the Lord wanted them to model the church in the book of Acts. I could see them meeting in house churches across the city and multiplying. Acts 15:13-19 also talks about the Tabernacle of David which raises up prayer, praise and worship, Godly justice, the government of God and Jew and Gentile worshipping together. I saw this as a blueprint that would then spread out from Canberra, the head of the nation, around Australia.
The Lord gave me these scriptures at the Australia Day Prayer we hosted in Canberra. One was Ex 20:20, where Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. God has come to test you, so that the fear of God will be with you” so we need not be afraid of this testing time with the coronavirus. “He controls the times and the seasons; he makes and unmakes kings; it is he who gives wisdom and understanding. He reveals things that are deep and secret; he knows what is hidden in darkness, and he himself is surrounded by light. I praise you and honour you, God of my ancestors. You have given me wisdom and strength; you have answered my prayer and shown us what to tell the king.”
